Founded in 1992 by renowned guitarist Vincent James Mastrantonio, Music City Buffalo is an established and trusted business located in the heart of Buffalo, New York. Our mission is to provide musicians with the tools and expertise they need to learn, create, and play music. Our Services

Our acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitars, amps, and effects are carefully selected to provide the best selection for musicians. We also offer a comprehensive repair service, where our expert technicians will carefully diagnose and fix any issues with your instrument. Additionally, our knowledgeable staff will help you find the perfect instrument, and our repair technicians will ensure that it's in top working condition.

Lessons and Demonstrations

In addition to our extensive selection of instruments, we also offer private lessons and group classes for musicians of all levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process of improving your skills and mastering new techniques. We also provide product demos and workshops, where you can get a hands-on experience with the latest equipment and gear.

Repairs and Appraisals

Our expert technicians are dedicated to providing high-quality repair services for all types of instruments. From a simple setup to a complete overhaul, we'll make sure your instrument is back in top condition. We also offer appraisals for insurance or financial purposes. Our experienced appraisers will provide you with a detailed evaluation of your instrument's value.

Layaway and Shipping

We offer a two-month in-store layaway program for all products over $200. We require a 20% deposit and a photo ID upon signing the agreement. Additional shipping charges will apply to certain products, customers requesting express delivery, and returns.

Returns and Cancellations

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging and components. We'll accept returns only if it's requested within 7 days of receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. There is no damage done to the product, and all packaging material must be saved.
