They also highlight the school's ability to provide great lessons, with one reviewer mentioning that the school "made it right" after initial issues.
Disappointment and Disorganization
However, one reviewer had a negative experience. Colleen Wellsby initially had a poor experience with the school, citing a lack of communication and organizational issues. She registered her daughter for lessons, but did not receive a phone call, pamphlet, or receipt for the registration fee. When she sent an email, she received an excuse and was promised a phone call, but it never came.
Positive Community Presence
Sean Crawford, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the school, taking piano and voice lessons at both the Elmwood and Tonawanda locations. He praises the school's great teachers and community presence.
