Our business was founded by Anthony Bigham, a seasoned musician, and repair expert with many years of experience in the industry. Anthony's passion for music and mechanics led him to study music and auto mechanics in college, and later to become a certified mechanic. However, his love for music prevailed, and he decided to pursue a career in music, eventually becoming a saxophonist for Princess Cruise Lines and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. After his touring days were over, he decided to leverage his mechanical skills and musical knowledge to start his own repair shop, where he could help other musicians keep their instruments in top shape.

Guidelines

To ensure that we can provide the best possible service, we have put together some guidelines for our customers to follow. These guidelines include:

• When your instrument breaks or falls apart, bring in all of the broken pieces. We will decide if the part can be fixed or replaced.
• If your mouthpiece is stuck, do not attempt to remove it at home. Bring it in for us to remove.
• If parts are stuck together on your instrument, bring it in for us to separate them.
• If your swab is stuck, stop pulling it. Bring your instrument in for us to remove the swab safely.
