Our founder, Rob Hart, is a consummate musician who has been instructing and performing professionally since 1978. As a graduate of Berklee College of Music (Boston), he studied with jazz greats Tony Williams, Mike Clark, Gary Chaffee, and Steve Smith. With over 45 years of professional playing and 38 years of teaching under his belt, Rob has worked with countless musical legends and has personally taught over 5,000 students.

Rob has established the Rob Hart Drum Studio as a place where students can learn from his wealth of knowledge and experience. He continues to conduct clinics and various rhythm section workshops, helping students of all skill levels to improve their skills and reach new heights in their musical journey.
