At Mastering the Piano, we believe that music is a universal language that has the power to inspire, educate, and bring people together. Our mission is to provide high-quality piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, helping them to unlock their full musical potential.

About Davide Palmer

Our founder, Davide Palmer, is a classically trained piano teacher with over 25 years of experience. He has received a full scholarship to the Domenico Cimarosa Music Conservatory in Italy, where he studied under Professor Ida Nota. He also gained experience at the Manhattan School of Music, NY, under Professor Dr. Solomon Mikowsky. Davide has competed in numerous piano competitions and events, winning in many of them. He has been an active accompanist/soloist for his church for over 15 years, having played for weddings, funerals, singing groups, and soloists.

Davide is an active member of Cherokee Music Teacher's Association (CMTA), Georgia Music Teacher's Association (GMTA), and Music Teacher's National Association (MTNA). He has maintained a highly active and successful studio, teaching around 50 students in East Cobb, West Cobb, North Fulton, and Cherokee Counties. Many of his students compete at the local and state level, with numerous students receiving the highest ratings. Davide has more students who regularly qualify for state competitions than any other teacher in Cherokee County.

Our Services

We offer fun, engaging piano lessons to students of all ages and levels. Our services include:

• In-Home Lessons: We provide the convenience of in-home piano lessons, eliminating the hassle of driving and traffic. Parents can attend to their tasks at home while their child is having a lesson, and adults can focus on their own schedules.

• Personalized Instruction: Each student is unique, so we tailor our teaching methods to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.

• Performance Opportunities: Our students have the opportunity to perform in CMTA and GMTA sponsored events, as well as other recitals and venues in the Atlanta area.

• Comprehensive Training: We provide a well-rounded musical education, covering various styles and techniques to help students develop a strong foundation in music.
