Gracenote Classical Academy Of Music

At Gracenote Classical Academy of Music, we are dedicated to fostering a love of music in our students. Our programs are designed to develop musicianship in a supportive and creative environment. We offer a variety of services including private and group lessons, group classes, and ensembles for students of all ages and abilities. Our experienced teachers use custom curriculum and provide recital opportunities throughout the year to help our students achieve greater confidence and skill.

Music Lessons

Our music lessons include violin and piano lessons for students aged 3 through adult. We also offer guitar lessons and voice lessons. Our violin lessons are available from age 3 through adult and are designed to start with a strong foundation in technique, form, and tonality. Students are given performance opportunities to foster confidence and musicianship.

Group Classes and Ensembles

Group classes are available for voice, violin, and piano, offering semi-private to group settings. These classes are a great way to motivate students to practice. Our ensembles promote intrinsic motivation and provide a supportive environment for students to grow musically.

Orchestra Classes

We offer orchestra classes for violin, viola, and cello in the Triangle, available Monday through Friday. These classes are designed to provide students with a comprehensive musical education.

Early Childhood Music

Our early childhood music program is designed for infants and toddlers, aiming to achieve basic music competency. This program is perfect for starting your little one on their musical journey.

Suzuki Method

Our Suzuki method, developed by Shinichi Suzuki, is the mother tongue language. Teaching children music holistically, it consists of private and group classes for a minimum of six classes a month. This method allows students to start at a very young age.

Our facility includes a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi, coffee/water, and magazines. Our studio rooms are spacious with upright pianos and outfitted with music teaching apps and software for teaching modern assessments and lessons in music theory. We also offer a variety of after-school enrichment courses and a Musical Achievement Program to motivate students to follow through on clear goals.
