With over 30 years of experience, our founder, Jason Olson, has established a reputation as a dedicated and passionate music instructor. Our studio is conveniently located in Longmont, Colorado, and serves the greater Boulder and Denver areas.

Our Services

We offer private guitar lessons in a variety of styles, including classical, acoustic fingerstyle, rock, folk, bluegrass, and blues. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician, our lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Our instructor, Jason Olson, is a highly qualified guitar teacher with a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar and a Master of Music in Classical Guitar from the University of Northern Colorado.

Teaching Philosophy

At Jason Olson Guitarist, we believe that learning should be a fun and enjoyable experience. Our instructor takes a personalized approach to teaching, emphasizing the importance of building a strong foundation in guitar playing while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. We work with students to set individual goals and help them achieve them through consistent practice and dedication.

Our Studio

Our studio is located in the heart of Longmont, Colorado, and is easily accessible by car or public transportation. We also offer online lessons for students who are unable to travel to our studio. Our facility is equipped with comfortable lesson rooms, a waiting area for parents or caregivers, and free parking.

About Our Instructor

Jason Olson is a highly experienced guitar teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar and a Master of Music in Classical Guitar from the University of Northern Colorado. Jason has performed with a variety of musical ensembles, including rock bands and classical guitar trios. He is also an active member of the Guitar Foundation of America and participates in guitar festivals and competitions.
